Some of the common responsibilities of a Church Welcomer include:
Greeting Attendees: Welcome everyone with a warm smile and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the church.

Providing Information: Offer information about the church services, programs, and facilities to newcomers and regular attendees.

Distributing Materials: Hand out bulletins, hymnals, or other service materials to attendees.

Assisting with Seating: Help visitors find seats, especially during crowded services, and ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

Answering Questions: Address any queries or concerns from attendees in a polite and respectful manner.

Coordinating with Team Members: Work with other welcomers and church staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all.

Organizing Welcome Events: Assist in planning and hosting events for new members to help them integrate into the church community.

Collecting Visitor Information: Gather contact details from visitors for follow-up communication and outreach.

Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the church entrance and lobby are clean, organized, and inviting.
